What is the Commission Structure?
For affiliates we pay a commission of 10% on each product purchase by your direct customer, (excluding applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges.)
For partnership / dropship program we pay a commission of 30% on each product purchase by your direct customer, (excluding applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges).
How much can I earn?
We can't predict how much you will earn in commissions from the programs. How much you earn will be up to you. However, we certainly believe that you'll earn more if you customize some text links that lead directly to the BrenNewYorkCosmetics.com brand name product pages that correspond to your web site's subject. For example, if you have a web page about "How to reduce wrinkles and fine lines around the eye area" you should provide a link directly to the Anti-Wrinkle Skin Care page. You make your link by adding ?aff=yournumber at the end of the URL (where your number will be assigned to you after you are approved for the program). So that the link will look like https://brennewyorkcosmetics.com/collections/anti-aging-treatments-skin-care?aff=1
When do I get paid?
Bren New York Cosmetic's parent company Make-Up USA LLC pays its affiliates monthly. We offer a 14-day return policy. We are also conscientious about the potential fraud and abuses that can occur online. It often takes 30 to 45 days before consumers discover and report unauthorized charges on their credit cards, or report "lost" or "damaged" shipments. For these reasons, our contract provides that we do not need to send commission payments until 60 days after the end of each month in which an order has been shipped. For example, all commission checks for January sales will be sent no later than March 30. Pay outs are made to you when you have earned $10 plus in commissions. We like to use Paypal for commission payments.
Can I start earning commissions today?
Yes, most sites will be automatically approved. However, if your site contains questionable content as described in our affiliate agreement, then you should wait to begin making links. Your site will be visited within three days of your affiliation. If we feel your site is not up to our standards, your affiliation will be terminated.
Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Yes. When you buy products from BrenNewYorkCosmetics.com you will earn the commission on your purchase.
What about product returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. (If a product is returned in exchange for new merchandise, or if goods are lost or damaged and we ship replacement goods to the customer, your commissions will not be affected).
Does it cost me anything to become an affiliate?
No, it's FREE!. You can get started by reading and accepting the Affiliate Program Agreement.
How does the system work?
You will have access to an online password protected reporting system that will provide you detailed statistics for your site.
Commission is earned when a sale from a visitor you sent to BrenNewYorkCosmetics.com is shipped. We generate the commission statements with a statement of the fees due to you, and then we send you your commission checks. Reports are online.

Can I use images from Bren New York Cosmetics on my site?
Yes, you have been granted permission to utilize certain images in merchandising and marketing endeavors. Certain images may not be used under any circumstances. These images are not the product images but images of models, faces etc.
The images must be used in the context of selling cosmetics, make-up, nail care and/or skin care systems through BrenNewYorkCosmetics.com. You are not authorized to use the images from our site for any other reason than to sell products for BrenNewYorkCosmetics.com.
What about "Adult" sites?
Adult sites will not be able to put any of our products, logos, manufacturer's name, or their logos, trademarks or service marks on their site.
What else should I know?
We are confident that you and your customers will love our products. You may find that you would like to place our Beauty products in local specialty shops, gift stores and beauty salons or you may enjoy doing home parties. You can also purchase our products wholesale as well as being our affiliate on the Internet.
Should you want to purchase our Beauty products wholesale, there is a minimum wholesale opening order of $200.00 and reorders of $100.00. You will have to supply us with a copy of your resale tax license which can be obtained for $1.00 in most states. Read more about purchasing wholesale.
